Martin Guitar Travels Back in Time with Forward-Thinking New Retro Series
Nazareth, PA – C. F. Martin & Co. is inviting musicians to take a trip back in time with the introduction today of a groundbreaking guitar technology available in the new four-piece RETRO SERIES: D-18E Retro, D-45E Retro, HD-28E Retro, and OM-28E Retro. Paying homage stylistically and sonically to the iconic classic Martin guitars of the 1930’s and 40’s, this new series features traditional non-cutaway Martin guitars incorporating significant advancements in plugged-in sound reproduction. The series exquisitely captures a sought-after sound, melding traditional models with state-of-the-art technology, and will appeal to musicians and guitar aficionados alike.
Retro Look and Sound Meet New Technology at NAMM Show
CARLSBAD, Calif. - A blast from the past will ring out at the 2013 NAMM Show as manufacturers responding to consumer demand introduce new products with a vintage look and sound. Retailers, having heard the growing demand for vintage-inspired musical instruments and equipment will be looking for new products that meet the demand of customers clamoring for unique pieces. The NAMM Show returns to Anaheim, CA from January 24-27, 2013.
Slater, Gilmore, and Dear Suburbia Earn Top Honors at 42nd Annual Surfer Poll
TURTLE BAY, Oahu, Hawaii - Kelly Slater, Stephanie Gilmore, and Dear Suburbia took home top honors tonight at the 42nd annual SURFER Poll Awards. For the third year running, the best surfers, filmmakers, and who's who of the surf world converged on Turtle Bay on the North Shore of Oahu for the Biggest Night is Surfing, where awards were presented to the top surfers, as voted by fans, as well as the best movies and performances of the year.

This rare opportunity coincides with Winter NAMM 2013 in Anaheim, California, and we welcome you to see and play the company's latest creations.
Event begins at 1:00 PM Eastern Time on January 24th. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
