Why can't I join as a new member?
The Martin Owners Club enrollment period for new members occurs for three months out of the year from April to June. The enrollment period for 2014 is now closed. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will join us when new membership enrollment reopens beginning April 1, 2015.

How do I know if I'm a member?
If your membership is currently active, you should have recieved an email with your username and password.

If you did not receive an email containing your username and password, one of the following reasons may be why:

  • Your membership has expired and you need to renew.
  • You are not a member and need to join.
  • The email may be in your junk or spam filters.
  • Your current email may be different from the email address we have on file for you.

If you think your membership is current, you can try resetting your password by clicking the "Reset Password" button from the log in page and following the instructions. Your username is your MOC ID.

I don't have email, is there another way to know if I'm a member?
If you don't have an email address, you can call 888-433-9177 to inquire about your membership status and log in credentials.

How do I renew my membership?
If your membership has expired or you received an expiration notice, you can renew your membership at any time for the period of one year for $45 USD. You will be sent a new membership card and an Unlock Your Martin Experience key. A flat shipping rate of $15 USD applies for Canada and international shipments.

If your membership was expired before you renewed, please allow up to one week for your benefits to be reinstated from the date you submit payment. This includes being able to log in to the Martin Owners Club website.

How do I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?
Due to privacy restrictions, the Martin Owners Club does not support gifting of memberships at this time.

How do I log in to the new Martin Owners Club site?
If your membership has not expired you can log in here using your username and password that has been emailed to you. Be sure you are entering a MOC ID for your username that is 10 digits long. If your MOC that was emailed to you is 9 digits, try adding a "0" as the first number. If you still have trouble logging in, try resetting your password using your 10-digit MOC ID as your username. If you are unable to reset your password, your membership may have expired and you need to renew, or your current email may be different than the email address we have on file for you. I recieved my username and password but am having trouble logging in.
Your username is your MOC ID. If your MOC ID has a "0" as the first number, try deleting the leading "0" when you enter your username.

Why is my password different than before?
Since Martin Owners Club has migrated to a new system, we needed to reset all user passwords for security purposes. You are welcome to change your password after logging in by editing your profile.

How do I renew my membership?

Yes, your Charter Membership status has been carried over to the new Martin Owners Club.

What's different about the Martin Owners Club?
The Martin Owners Club is excited to share a new, enhanced benefits package with its members! You can review the list of benefits here.

I joined the club but never got a welcome package.

I purchased a two-year membership but did not recieve a gift my second year.
Renewal or second year gifts are no longer offered. The new Martin Owners Club benefits offer one-year memberships with a welcome kit for new members only, and a new membership card and Unlock Your Martin Experience key upon each year's renewal.

Why isn't there going to be an annual event in 2014?
