Nazareth, PA – C.F. Martin & Co., the family-owned Nazareth, PA-based manufacturer of acoustic guitars and strings, has announced that Kit Culpepper has been named to the position of Director of U.S. Sales.

As Director of U.S. Sales, Culpepper will report to the Vice President of Global Sales, and be responsible for all internal and external coordination for U.S. domestic sales of Martin products. She will supervise the District Sales Management and Inside Sales teams, including the organization of ongoing sales and account and dealer management programs.

Culpepper comes to Martin with over 12 years of experience in the fields sales of consumer packaged goods, adult learning and organizational development, having successfully designed and implemented coaching and training programs for two Fortune 500 organizations during her professional career. Before joining Martin she served as Senior Manager of Talent Development at RAI Services Company, where she focused on developing training for 2600 sales employees.

Culpepper holds a Masters of Science degree in Instructional Development & Design from Bellevue University in Nebraska.
