Orders are shipped via Standard Ground Service or Priority Mail for PO Boxes, APO's, Alaska and Hawaii.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for processing. Guitar Kits require 3-4 weeks to process. Orders will not be processed off business hours, over the weekends or during all major U.S. holidays.
Due to variations in weight, size and destination of package, shipping and insurance costs cannot be determined at the time of order placement. Please email the 1833 Shop at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like a shipping cost estimate. If you have already submitted your order, you have 24 hours to cancel via phone or email before your order ships and you will be responsible for any incurred shipping costs.
Orders are shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Air International.
PA Residents Add 6% Sales Tax on shipping costs and items other than clothing.
MA residents add 6.25% Sales Tax on items other than clothing.
WA Residents Add 6.5% Sales Tax plus applicable local Sales Tax.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements
All items must be returned for a refund or replacement in original, unaltered condition with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include a copy of the packing slip and reason for return. All returns must be sent to:
