1833 Shop Shipping & Shop Policies

30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a credit of the purchase price to your credit card within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to inspection. Fees will be deducted from your overall credit if the items are not returned in its original condition. Special orders and instruments with added modifications are not eligible for return.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

A damaged or defective product may be returned for a full refund. Products are considered damaged or defective at the discretion of Martin Guitar. If damage is found to be caused by the consumer, this may affect the refund.

Aside from reported damages or defects, all returned items must be in their original condition, and shipped in their original packaging with no signs of wear, “dings” (as in surface damage), or scrapes, and include all original manuals, booklets, accessories, etc. (if applicable).

WHAT IF I AM SIMPLY NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT AND WANT TO RETURN IT?

All returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, “dings” (as in surface damage), or scrapes, and include all original packaging, manuals, booklets, accessories, etc. (if applicable). Returned items not in their original condition may experience re-conditioning/restocking/handling fees. Special orders and instruments with added modifications may not be returned.


RETURNS PROCEDURE

All items must be returned for a refund or replacement in original, unaltered condition with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include a copy of the packing slip and reason for return. All returns must be sent to:

All prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. All specials and closeouts are subject to availability. Please allow 5 – 10 business days in the event of a refund.

DAMAGES
If your order sustained damage during shipping, please file a damaged claim with the carrier and contact us.

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER

If the shipping process has been initiated, we are not able to change, cancel or stop the shipment. Upon receipt, you may return the item (subject to the return policy terms).

SHIPPING

 

SHIPPING FEE SCHEDULE

 

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50 applies to Continental U.S. only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

$50 order value is calculated after all applicable discounts and before any applicable tax or shipping cost.

 

For expedited shipping, additional charges will apply and orders must be received by 10 am Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday, excluding major US holidays to accommodate expedited delivery windows. If your order is placed outside of this timeframe, it will ship on the next business day.

*Bulk Items – Include, but are not limited to: Barstools, guitar kits, guitar cases/bags, messenger bags, etc.

Martin Guitar reserves the right to modify shipping rates or cancel orders at any time. Instrument or bulk item orders that include small goods will ship at the bulk items or instrument rate. Some smaller items under 3 lbs. may ship USPS and may not be trackable.


Items from one order may ship separately. Martin Guitar is not responsible for late shipments caused by weather, carrier delays, or any other causes beyond our control. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Choose the items you wish to purchase and add them individually to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart and order subtotal. When you are ready to checkout, click the “View Cart” button and proceed to the secure checkout area.


PAYMENT

Martin Guitar accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. A pre-authorization charge will appear on your account for the full amount of your order. This pending charge will be removed once your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Martin Guitar will ship small goods internationally. While we truly appreciate your interest, we are only able to ship guitars and strings to customers in the United States at this time. Fortunately, most items featured on Martinguitar.com may also be purchased from local Authorized Martin dealers in your country or region. Please refer to the Martin Guitar Dealer Locator,  or contact the Martin Guitar Distributor in your area for help finding a store or dealer near you.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Local sales tax is applicable in most U.S. states. Sales tax is calculated at the local tax rate of the shipping address. Additional charges may apply to shipments outside the U.S.
