How do I know if I'm a member?
If your membership is currently active, you should have recieved an email with your username and password.

If you did not receive an email containing your username and password, one of the following reasons may be why:

  • Your membership has expired and you need to renew.
  • You are not a member and need to join.
  • The email may be in your junk or spam filters.
  • Your current email may be different from the email address we have on file for you.

If you think your membership is current, you can try resetting your password by clicking the "Reset Password" button from the log in page and following the instructions. Your username is your MOC ID.

What if I don't have email?
If you don't have an email address, you can call 800-247-6931 to inquire as to your membership status and log in credentials.

I received my username and password but they're not working.
Your username is your 10 digit MOC ID. If you are entering a MOC ID that is only 9 digits, try adding a "0" as the first digit.
