C. F. Martin & Co.® Names Scott Gervais Chief Operating Officer

NAZARETH, PA – C. F. Martin & Co. announced today the appointment of Scott Gervais as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Gervais brings more than two decades of executive leadership in operations, manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain management. He has held senior roles at Polaris Marine and Conn-Selmer, Inc., where he successfully led and scaled up global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. Throughout his career, Gervais has driven measurable results in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

A lifelong acoustic guitar player, Gervais expressed his excitement to join the Martin team:

Gervais holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University and multiple professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Supply Chain Professional.
