By rewarding everyday purchases, encouraging a deeper connection to the Martin brand, and creating opportunities to learn and connect, Backstage helps bring the Martin community closer together. 

More Ways to Earn and Redeem Points 

With the enhanced Backstage program, members can earn points on qualifying purchases of Martin guitars, strings, accessories, and more, as well as through activities that go beyond shopping. Completing player surveys, sharing preferences, and answering monthly quiz questions about Martin's heritage, instruments, and artists all offer opportunities to earn additional points. 

Members can redeem their points for savings on eligible purchases, giveaways, and exclusive experiences. For purchases, every 100 eligible Spendable Points equals $1 in savings, which can be applied directly at checkout on Martin's website. 

The program also introduces three free membership tiers, with increasing rewards as members progress: 

• Standard: Earn points on qualifying purchases, receive birthday points, and enter for chances to win prizes. 
• Preferred: Earn points faster and unlock additional benefits, including free standard shipping, select Martin Lesson Room content, and special points multiplier events. 
• All Access: Enjoy the highest earning rate and additional benefits, including access to exclusive products, select early releases and Martin experiences, and 10% off eligible repairs at Martin Guitar. 

For players who want to unlock the full experience immediately, the existing Backstage All Access Membership remains available for $75 annually, providing access to top-tier benefits without having to earn through the free membership tiers.
