As a visitor on the factory floor, your guided tour will show you how our guitars come to life through the hands of the craftsperson. Explore the art of guitarmaking, from old world tools to our state-of-the-art facility. Follow a guitar from rough lumber to a finished product which requires more than 300 steps to complete.
Tours last approximately one hour. Photographs are allowed without a flash. Video cameras or recorders are not permitted. Cell phones are permitted for capturing images. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Private Group Tours
Reservations are required for groups of 10 or more. Scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:30 am, Monday through Friday. Nominal fee. Please use our Group Tour Request Form.
Behind the Scenes Tour
Available Monday through Friday at 9:30 am for groups of 6 or fewer adults, 18 years of age and older. $25.00 per person. Tour lasts approximately two hours and must be scheduled in advance by calling 610-759-2837. Long pants and fully enclosed, rubber soled shoes required.
The Visitors Center is where you will check in for your guided factory tour. It also houses the entrance to the Martin Guitar Museum, 1833 Shop and a gallery wall of famous Martin owners. Guests are also invited to visit the Pickin' Parlor to play some of Martin's high-end and Limited Edition models.
The Martin Guitar Museum is a center for reflection, bringing together music history, culture and craftsmanship. Attractive displays showcase over 170 exquisitely crafted guitars that parallel our history. Through six generations, our Company's legendary heritage has helped create music history and define musical culture.
Martin Museum Audio Tours at a cost of $2.00 per person are also available. Our audio tour is currently offered in English, French, and Spanish, and consists of twenty audio points in the Museum. We hope that you enjoy the stories associated with this remarkable collection of instruments and other artifacts as told by Martin Guitar employees.
The 1833 Shop offers a dazzling selection of Martin apparel, souvenirs and collectibles.

*Coming from either direction (at the Route 191/Stockertown Exit) follow PA Route 191 South into Nazareth. Turn right onto Rose Inn Ave., then left on to West Beil Ave. Turn left on to Sycamore St. The Martin Guitar Factory will immediately be on your left. Visitor parking will be on your right.
Guitar Maker's Connection (GMC)
To completely immerse yourself in Martin's history, we invite you to visit the original Martin factory and old Martin Homestead located a short distance from our Visitors Center. Today it is home to the Guitar Maker's Connection, a retail store that offers a unique collection of luthier tools.
