Description

Built in collaboration with John Carter Cash and the Cash Foundation, the DX Johnny Cash pays tribute to the legendary “Man in Black” and his decades-long connection with Martin. Inspired by the custom all-black D-35 Martin created for Johnny in the early ’70s, this guitar captures that bold, iconic look with a jet-black high-pressure laminate (HPL) top, back, and sides. The classic Dreadnought body delivers powerful tone, while Fishman® electronics let you plug in and play. Details like a star-inlaid fingerboard, the unmistakable “CASH” logo, and Johnny’s signature on the rosette and label make this model something special—whether you’re a fan, a player, or both. It’s durable, road-ready, and includes a soft gig bag embroidered with the “CASH” name. The DX Johnny Cash was designed to be an accessible and playable guitar for anyone looking to honor the legacy of the legendary musician.
